Convert HEIC photos to JPG or PNG →

  1. Open HEIC to JPG and choose your .heic or .heif files. Files are processed one at a time to limit memory use.
  2. Choose JPG for smaller, widely supported photo files, or PNG when you want lossless encoding of the decoded pixels. JPG quality changes file size and detail.
  3. Start conversion. Check the preview, dimensions and orientation before downloading. You can cancel; completed images remain available.
  4. Download images individually or as a ZIP. Continue processing can send them to cropping, resizing, compression, an automatic workflow or PDF export.

What is preserved?

The converter follows the photo’s container rotation and mirror properties. It exports a flattened still image rather than the full camera container. PNG output does not recover detail already lost in the original HEIC compression. If the source cannot be decoded, it is reported separately and the remaining photos continue.

Limits and output

Exports the primary still photo, up to 4096 px on the longest side. Source photos must be at most 40 MP. Live Photo video, HDR gain maps and original metadata are not exported.
